Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@rovezo.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
